Boxkator (also known as Bokator, Labokator, Lbokkatao, Labokatao, Bokatao), or more formally, Labokatao ល្បុក្កតោ is the traditional martial art of Cambodia, and the Khmer people. It is also written in stone, on the walls of Angkor Wat. A thousand years of war with Thailand & Vietnam, followed by the Khmer Rouge Genocide nearly wiped this art off of the face of the Earth.

This is the first book, ever, covering the basic techniques of Boxkator. The system of Boxkator houses approximately 10,000 techniques and this book is an attempt to cover the very basic, ground level fundamentals to build a strong foundation for the student to build upon. This book covers the basic exercises, blocks, strikes, and counterstrikes, as well as short stick and lotus stick techniques.
The martial art of Bokator has been rescued from near extinction thanks to the relentless efforts of grandmaster Sam Kim Sean and the promotions of American Antonio Graceffo.
